Customer Services Operative
Our client a well known and very established Housing Association are urgently looking to secure a Customer Services Operation who has good exposure of the Housing sector.
The ideal candidate will have worked with a customer services capacity and social housing and must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Working with the general public, your main duties will involve dealing with repairs to social housing properties and acting as the first point of reference for the clients so you will be office based and you must have knowledge of the way the Housing Management sector works.
Working Monday through to Friday you will be working hours from 9.00am to 5.00 pm with potentially the flexibility to work more hours if required.
