Room 1: Light and sunny attic room - It is a lovely unique room, with nice furniture. Please note that it would not suit a very tall person! £375 pcm

Room 2: Medium sized room overlooking the rear garden. The room is painted blue and has a lovely feel to it and is furnished accordingly. £375 pcm

Room 3: Large sized room - has a calm and light feel to it. This room includes a double bed, has lovely furniture and a stripped pine floor. £450 pcm

The House
I worked in Interior Design and sympathetically the house. It is a lovely space to live in, with a kitchen and living room (including dining table), stunning bathroom, and garden.

It is furnished to a high standard and has most mod cons. In addition there is wireless broadband and skyTV plus.

Housemates / Lifestyle
I live in a relaxed environment and would like to live with similarly easy going people.
I like to live ‘greenly’.
I would like to live with friendly people in an environment where there is a sense of sharing and fun!
It’s important to me that my housemates are professionals with regular working hours, non-smokers, and who prefer to live in a clean and tidy house and are happy to share in the care of the house.
I spend a lot of time doing music, singing and being creative - so having any like minded artistic or creative people as housemates would be a bonus!

The Area
The house is ideally located for walking into town, for the universities, close to the university sports centre, with very good transportation links within Oxfordshire and into London and surrounding cities.
