We are based near Thame in South Oxfordshire. We are looking for and experienced farm worker / agricultural contractor to work either full or part time helping run our family farm. We are a 100% arable operation growing winter wheat, winter beans, OSR on heavy denchworth clay. We are looking for somebody who has experience growing these crops on this type of land. The correct candidate will have an understanding of crop rotations, varieties, basic agronomy, PA1 & 2 and experience using all relevant forms of cultivation and harvesting equipment. An ability to service and maintain the farm machinery to a basic level is also required.

Currently no accommodation is offered with this job, when farm owned cottages become vacant there may be a possibility to move in.
