An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join this quality, fresh food restaurant. My client is looking for a talented Chef to assist the Head Chef in providing the highest quality of food service. In return you will receive excellent training and a starting salary of 18,000pa plus tips. Live-in accommodation is also available.

Job Description
As Sous Chef you will be required to assist the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen as well as deputising in their absence. You will be working with the freshest of ingredients so there will be superb development opportunities to further your career.

Required Experience
As Sous Chef you will need to be:
*Passionate about fresh food
*Comfortable with a running a kitchen
*Able to lead and inspire a brigade of chefs
*Financially aware
*Experienced working in a busy environment

Starting Salary
The successful Sous Chef will be on a starting salary of 18,000pa plus tips and a bonus structure after a 3 month probation period.
