We are looking for a nanny who would be willing to do a nanny share with our 8 month old boy.

We are also looking for a family to do the nanny share with.

We are interested in nanny sharing so that our little boy can have a 1 to 1 relationship with his childcarer and be able to socialise at the same time with another child from approximately the same age or a bit more ( up to 18 months).

We are living in the North Oxford area in between Summertown and the city centre. We have a garden and are close to parks, playgrounds and toddler groups.

We are open to several options:
- alternate care location,
- our home location,
- other family's home location,
Regarding this last option, my husband and I are working North of Oxford so it would have to be on our way to work (or not a too big detour).

Also covering hours should of course be compatible. We are looking at:
- Monday until Thurday: 7:45/8am until 5:15/5:30 pm with the flexibility to extend until 6 pm on occasions
- Friday: 8 am until 3:45 with the flexibility to extend until 4:30 pm on occasions.

We are open to a non full time nanny share, for example having another child with ours a few days a week only.
