Billing Clerk
Our client are looking for a Billing Clerk who has some knowledge of invoicing. The successful applicant will be keen, contentious and hardworking. Duties include preparing invoices using Computerised accounts system. Meeting weekly volume targets Ensure proper authorisation has been received from Insurance Companies. Liaise with Insurance Companies to ensure debts do not become outstanding for excessive periods. Adjust debtors list daily as necessary. Supply Credit Control Team with information from Insurance Companies to ensure monies banked have been credited to accounts. Prepare timely and accurate Bordereau submissions to Insurance companies To be aware of and adhere to all the Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and environment and ensure your staff do likewise.
Due to the size and complexity of the establishments within the company you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager of the Group to whom you have a reporting relationship.
