Workshop controller Accident repairs
My client, a well established car body repair centre with PAS 125 Accreditation is currently seeking to employ a skilled and experienced workshop supervisor / controller.
The successful candidate will be required to control flow of vehicles through the workshop to ensure that all productive workers are busy at all times, you must manage quiet periods to ensure that any training and development requirements are undertaken at these times.
You will be required to maintain workshop efficiency, should this drop for what ever reason, you will be required to identify the reasons for such a drop and action this problem accordingly to ensure efficiency is returned to an acceptable level.
My client uses the Autoflow body shop management system on site, knowledge of this specific software package would be advantageous. However, in house training can be offered to the right candidate.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have detailed experience as a workshop controller within a busy, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
hours of work will be 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
