I am moving abroad and looking for a tidy person to rent the double room I am currently living in.
This is in a shared house with 2 other boys (one professional from France and one student from South Korea).
The house is located in the Botley area, near the Mc Donalds and the A34 exit.
The house is very spacious with a very large kitchen, living room and garden. It also has 2 parking spaces, a garage and broadband.
The rent is £370 excluding bills.
