Wanted, a one bed flat or studio flat, with some parking - OK if there is nearby permit parking. For one year from July/ August ideally (but June considered). Property will be looked after well and there will be no noise problems etc. Furnished preferred, but not essential. Flat needs to be in area where a female can feel safe.
