Looking for a home guide to show people around flats & houses in around Oxford.

I’m looking for someone who has good knowledge of Oxford including main
roads, transport links, good schools, good & bad areas and can advise the people they show.

The work will begin very ad-hoc and unpredictable in the beginning as we approach winter & xmas but should increase rapidly in the new year.

You would be expected to carry out viewings during the day, evenings and weekends.

The job should only be considered for those looking to earn a little extra income.

I’m looking for someone either retired, a housewife or a mature student.

Can choose to be paid hourly or by commission? Paid weekly.
