The successful applicant for this opening will be immediately in line for the HEAD CHEF position on completion of probation period.

The current menus are a British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with a contemporary twist. Working alongside the owner/proprietor you would be able to exercise your flair, creativity and passion for good food.

The ideal candidate will have the experience, commitment and motivation to help drive the business upward and forward to the next level, and into the guidebooks!
