Project Manager - Banbury

A Project Manager with experience of budgeting and housing management is required in Banbury. You will need to have experience of the welfare benefits system as well as as being an excellent communicator, with good record keeping skills and a good working IT knowledge.

It is important that applicants for this role have worked with young people between the ages of 19 - 25 within supported housing, as it is important to encourage service users to maintain their Independence. The ability to monitor and evaluate service provision and development is essential to this role, and you must be committed to providing a good efficient service. Part of the role will include being involved in the out of hours rota, as well as the motivation and supervision of staff.
