The house is about 3 miles from the city centre, ½ mile from Cowley Centre & 1.5 miles to central Headington area. Cycling into town takes about 20 mins or frequent bus number 10 runs to the city and Headington from stops about 1 minute away from the house, and they run 7 days a week.

The room is a front facing room with a double bed, large chest of draws, large built in wardrobe with shelves and a small bedside table cabinet. The house has three bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom which has a power shower, separate bath and toilet. Downstairs there is a small toilet room.
The front room was a large bedroom with a spare single bed but also has room for general storage and is currently used as a computer room with broadband internet access available.
At the back of the house is a large shared sitting room with sofas, chairs, dining table and currently there is digital Virgin TV available.

Room is available to working people only; references may be sought and sorry no couples as one is already living in a room in the house.
