Lovely single/smalldouble room available in furnished modern house just off cowley road in Reliance Way. Room has double bed, and a large wardrobe.
House itself is quite new, 3 storey townhouse, shared massive kitchen and big comfy lounge, lovely bathroom and downstairs toilet. Nice garden which is ideal for storing bikes.
The house is sharing with 4 others. Rent isn't inclusive of bills, they come to about another £80 (ish) a month. We have sky plus and internet...and a Wii that really needs to see more action!
We are looking for a professional, between 25-35, quiet, clean and considerate but up for some occasional banter and beer!

Room is available to move on in 29th November. No couples, no pets, no students no children, no psychos! Deposit required of one and a half months rent.
