The house is perfectly positioned near to Brookes University, Headington shops and transport links into London and city centre. The current housemates are friendly and very easy going. There are 2 rooms currently available, both which have just been re-painted and one which has just had a new carpet fitted. The deposit is £325 and then the same amount for rent every month. Bills are not included but they don't work out to be too much as there are quite a few people living in the house.

There are 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets and a bath. There is a large dining area and lounge but the kitchen is a bit small. There is a TV in the lounge and wooden floors downstairs which are easy to keep clean. Couples accepted.
