RETAIL STORE MANAGER REQUIRED
.........my client, a luxury brand retailer are currently looking to recruit an experienced Retail Manager for their very busy store in the busy university town of Oxford.

THE ROLE
As a Store Manager you will have many responsibilities, of which you will need a proven track record to be really successful in this role. This role will involve coaching and motivating the team to offer outstanding customer service which in turn will maximise sales; ensuring targets are achieved, whilst adhering to the policies of the company. The monitoring of KPI's and P&L analysis must also be a strong skill set you possess.
THE IDEAL PERSON
You will need to be a customer focused store manager, with strong commercial awareness and have a proven track record of over-achievement. You will need to come from a luxury retail background and be a very polished retail manager and sales-person. A thorough understanding of KPI's is essential; along with your ability to performance manage your team in accordance with their KPI's. You must be process driven, organised & efficient, take responsibility and be keen to assist the customer as well as your team as much as possible through good communication and understanding.

A very competitive basic salary of between £20,000 - £24,000 will be offered to the successful candidate, plus a performance related bonus.
