Location: Woodstock Kidlington

The house is a converted coach house with plenty of character and space.
There are three of us living here at present. We range from 23 years old to 48 years old; two of us are professionals and the third is a student.

The room available is a single room. It is quiet and has a great view over the canal and the fields to the back.

The feel of the house is relaxed and its more of a home than a 'room in a house'. As well as a living room there is also a dining room and a garden room.

There are great walks along the canal nearby and the garden is large with plenty of herbs and lots of space to grow vegetables if that what you are into.

Woodstock and Kidlington are close and there are good road links into Oxford.

There are all the usual facilities including broadband.
I'm looking for a minimum 6 month let,
to anyone who will enjoy the house and its surroundings.
You will need a car. There is plenty of parking space available.
No smokers or pets please.

Rent at £360/month includes bills and council tax.
